Why Vietnam

Shoot for Stars will launch in Vietnam in 2024. Vietnam was chosen as the launch country given the Vietnamese love of football and the incredible numbers of social media users in the country.

Football is the most popular sport in Vietnam. The love of football amongst the general population is significant across all age groups and demographics. As well as support for their local V-League and the European Leagues, there is massive support for the Vietnamese national team at home and amongst the significant numbers of Vietnamese nationals and people of Vietnamese descent living overseas.

There are some 340K+ people with Vietnamese heritage living in Australia, and some 2.2m+ people with Vietnamese heritage live in the USA.

Vietnam has a population of over 97 million people. Over 61 million have at least one smartphone, placing Vietnam amongst the top 10 countries for smartphone usage in the world.

As Shoot for Stars will be distributed via social media streaming services and streamed through our App, Vietnam was the standout country for the launch of Shoot for Stars.
